Unless you have a high level professional grade digital SLR, you can’t remove the lenses from digital cameras. Does the lens come off your Samsung? If so, what type of telephoto lens are you hoping to use?

Unfortunately the Samsung S630 is a compact point and shoot camera with no front thread for attaching accessories such as a telephoto lens, you would need to upgrade to a larger compact like the Fuji fine pix S5800 or something of that type or even a DSLR.
