I want to upgrade my Minolta Dynax SLR to a DSLR. I notice the resale values of SLR's are understandably tiny so I want to know either if the lenses have any value, or whether I can reuse them on a new DSLR. They are both Zoom Xi lenses with Autofocus

Your lenses will work just fine with the Sony DSLR line, from the A200 all the way to the new full-frame sensor A900.

Indeed you can. Minolta no longer makes dSLR cameras, however Sony bought out that division of theirs. This means Sony dSLRs will use any Minolta lenses introduced after around 1985.
I should however note that all but one Sony dSLR is a "crop sensor camera". This means the sensor is actually about half the size of a regular 135 film negative. As a result, your field of view for a given focal length changes by a factor of 1.5x. So 50mm will look more like 75mm for example.
