my laptop keeps saying “cannot detect USB’ how do i fix this?
I have recentally purchased a Rokinon touch screen video camcorder and whenever I try to plug in the USB cord to the USB outlet it says "USB cannot be dected" or something like that. How do I fix it. Please help!

try a different usb port, if not working then its either your usb ports or a faulty product
Try plug the other end of the cable into the USB port of a computer. turn the computer on first.
try other devices with usb see if they works. Maybe u have to install a software(If any comes with camcorder) before connecting ur camcorder to computer.
