We have a Canon EOS Rebel G film camera with a couple of Sigma lenses (normal and telephoto). We are looking at a digital SLR. I have seen good reviews for the Canon Digital Rebel xti and the Nikon D80. Will my old lenses work for these digital SLR's or will I have to buy new ones? Any recommendations?
I am currently a student in a photography class, and I need a camera that you can manually set the shutter speed and the lens opening. Does the Canon EOS Rebel TI 35mm SLR camera have the manual settings for the shutter speed and lens opening?
Okay, I was interested in buying this camera for my photography class, the Canon 35mm SLR Rebel TI, but my teacher told me I should get a camera with fixed lens instead of zoom lens. What cameras have those?
I meant Canon EOS Rebel TI 35mm SLR manul camera
I'm a beginner, I don't reallyknow the difference between fixed and zoom lens...please help!

I'm looking for a wide-angle lens and a fish-eye lens of some sort for a Canon Rebel G. I'm not sure if they make real lenses for this thing or if this is just how they are for older cameras.
Are any of these decent?

Are there any better options out there for this camera?
I currently have a Canon EOS Rebel 35mm SLR with a Canon zoom lense EF 80-200mm 1:4.5-5.6 II and a Canon 35-80mm lense. I want to get a DSLR and would LOVE to find one that would allow me to continue to use my current lenses. Would any Canon DSLR accept Canon SLR lenses or is this even possible?
I have a Canon Digital EOS Rebel XT and have purchased an Olympus Evolt E-300. Is there something I can use to be able to use my Canon lenses on the Olympus? I purchased the body only, so would rather use lenses I have than buy all new, obviously. Thanks!
I have been able to find an adapter that goes the other way -- in other words something that will let me use Olympus lenses on my Canon. Doesn't it follow that there should be one that goes the other way?
just was wondering if the canon 35mm eos rebel lenses will fit the digital rebel.
I have a film Canon slr the eos rebel GII. I am thinking of buying the Canon EOS Rebel T1i and I want to know if my lens from the film camera will work on the digital camera?
I'd like to find a good quality digital SLR with detachable lenses. I think I'd like both a 28-80 AF zoom and a 75-300 AF zoom, but I'm open to other advice. I have about 0 total to spend on the camera and lenses. I've looked at the Canon EOS Rebel XTi, and that's the level camera I'm thinking about, but it looks like I might not get all I want for the 0 I have to spend. There are a lot of packages on eBay, but if you read the feedback, I don't see anyone on there I want to deal with. I'd like to have something with at least 8 megapixel. Does anyone have ideas or suggestions for me? Thanks!
I'm looking at buying a Canon EOS Rebel X 35mm that comes with 3 lenses that I found on craigslist for a great deal. Will they fit on my digital Rebel XS?
I have the 300 mm lens, but my 55mm lens fell on the floor and is no longer usable... I want to get a replacement and have a few alternatives... what brands are compatible with a Canon EOS Rebel?
I have a bunch of SLR cameras ( 3 - Canon EOS Rebel 2000, Minolta Maxxum 5, Canon EOS Rebel ) and I was wondering if I could use the lenses with digital camera bodies. I tried to sell the cameras but there was no interest and i would hate to just throw them away....
I have a Canon EOS Rebel G that came with a 28-80 mini zoom macro and a 70-300 macro super.....I want to get a digital that i can still use my lenses on.Any recommendations? Would it be cheaper to get just the body? Im looking in the 0 range.I am not a pro, but hope to get a good camera to learn that will last.
I am thinking of buying the Canon EOS Rebel XS SLR camera, while I have the "old" Canon film camera (AE1) with 3 camera lens: 50mm, medium zoom len and telephoto len.
Can I use these three old film camera lens with the new digital camera and, if so, what camera or len features I would lose, if any?
Thanks.
I am a beginner in the field of digital photography and I need to buy a good wide angle or wide-zoom angle lens with the following specifications:
- Dedicated for Canon EOS Rebel Xti (400D).
- Less than (0 US).
- The minimum focal length must be equal to or less than (17mm).
If you will suggest any other entry level wide lenses, I will be so thankful for your help.
