I have a Minolta Maxxum autofocus film camera. I have a Maxxum AF Zoom 28-85mm lens. Will this fit on a digital SLR camera? Is it worth it to try and find a camera to fit it or just buy a new lens?

I have a Sigma auto-focus camera lens that had been used on a Minolta Maxxum 5000 SLR camera. The camera is now gone, but the lens remains. It is a 70mm - 210mm zoom lens with an F4 - F5.6 aperture. I don't want to go back to film, but that lens worked great. Are there any digital camera that it will fit?

Looking for a digital SLR. Since I have a Minolta SLR and a few lenses. I was wondering if I could use these lenses on a new digital SLR.
Minolta is now owned by Sony Corp. I found that minolta lenses with the A-mount will work with the digital SLR alpha series. I just dont know if my Maxxum 330 is an A-mount.

I consider myself an amateur photographer still, and just need some help understanding what these numbers mean. What lens would be best, and what else should I take into consideration?

I have a minolta 35mm maxxum qtsi, I am looking to get a new lens but I am not sure if I am looking at the right lenses.

I have a bunch of SLR cameras ( 3 - Canon EOS Rebel 2000, Minolta Maxxum 5, Canon EOS Rebel ) and I was wondering if I could use the lenses with digital camera bodies. I tried to sell the cameras but there was no interest and i would hate to just throw them away....

lense, & ( 1 ) 28mm-300mm lense. Plus extras; ex. filters, bag,
3600HS speedlight, & more. 18 months old.

I have a Minolta Maxxum 7000 with two lenses: a 100-200mm AF lens and the 50 mm AF lens. Is it possible to buy a digital SLR body that I can use my film SLR lenses on? If so, do you know which digital SLRs would work?

I want to know if my Nikon G autofocus lenses will work right on a newer Nikon digital?
Also, can the Maxxum lenses work ok on a new Minolta digital?
Does auto focus work on either? I guess they are Minolta or A new name?????
